Refund/Cancellation Policy:

If Customer Does Not Show Up or Call to Reschedule Class:

If there is no notification or you do not show up for class, there will be a $100.00 fee to reschedule within 3 months of original class date.

If there is no notification or you do not show up for an exam only, there will be a $50.00 fee to reschedule within 3 months of original class date.

If you contact Point of Contact Consulting 7 days or more prior to class, there is no charge to reschedule within 3 months of original class date. However, there will be a $50.00 reschedule fee for each occurrence thereafter.
